Are you still wandering through life caring what others think about you? Does it keep you up at night or even keep you from doing the things you love? If so, the truth is, we need to learn how to mind our own business. Worrying about what others think about you, only puts you at a deficit. Allowing these people to have that much control over how you feel about yourself is hogwash. Be assured, these people have no idea what you are capable of doing. You are capable of greatness!

why am I posting it now, you wonder....well, maybe because today is Sunday, and tomorrow is that glorious Monday that we are always waiting for to start new goals.....nah....well, maybe then it is because today the sun was shining, the birds were chirping, almost all the snow was melted and I was able to go running in short sleeves.....close, but the reason why I am posting this now is because we all have wants and this ideal of how we want to look. People always ask me how much "time" I put into working out....it isn't just a one hour thing people, it is a lifestyle. You don't get anything for free. So....if you want to lose weight, get healthy, fit into a bathing suit, etc., don't try to find that magic pill, because it isn't out there. It takes hard work, but with that hard work you put in, you get this huge sense of accomplishment! Now, go on with your bad self and make today, (or if you must, tomorrow) a day you can be proud! Proud of YOURSELF!!! Do you feel like you are stuck in a rut, or have you plateaued? Why not give yourself a little "jump start?" Change your diet, your workout of even your mental attitude. It is never too late to work on a NEW dream. Remember, each day is a new beginning. ![]() GUESS WHAT!???!!! It's doesn't have to be super expensive either!!! Everyone always tells me that the reason they don't eat healthy is because it is too expensive to buy all that fancy "diet" food. Give me a break! Why? Because it is cheaper to eat out everyday at one of the glutenous chain restaurants that grace our roads? No.....this is just another excuse to not try.....don't give yourself more excuses to be unhealthy. Try! Treat your body, the way you want your body to treat you! |
