So....wherever you are....just know, it will take no longer than 2 minutes for you to hit the floor and whip out 25 push-ups and 100 stomach crunches.

I don't care if you ate a whole large pizza and a six pack of beer, you can still accomplish this....before the day is over!!

Come on. I'm not asking for top notch or beautiful form, I'm just asking you to try...to do something you don't normally do....to step out of your comfort zone, and make yourself achieve something right now.

Less than 2 minutes of your time.
